The Principal serves as the instructional and learning leader of the Willie J Frink College
Prep campus – responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the school’s
academic vision, ensuring a healthy and positive school-wide culture, and maintaining
effective and efficient daily operations. The Principal will ensure successful academic
and social-emotional outcomes for all students while employing long-term professional
sustainability measures involving professional development, teacher quality
assessment, curriculum, and pedagogical advancement.
